Getting started

We set it up. You just tell us how you run.

Nobody wants to spend a weekend typing student names into a new system. So you don't — we do the setup, including importing your roster and building your schedule, and hand you something that already works.

Your three free months start the day your center goes live — not the day you fill in this form. Setup takes as long as it takes, and none of it comes out of your trial.

What happens, step by step

  1. 1

Tell us about your center2 minutes, you

The form on this page. Four details, nothing else. We reply within one business day to book a call at a time that isn't during your busiest session.

    Same day

  2. 2

A short call about how you run today30 minutes, together

Not a sales pitch — we're gathering what we need to build your setup. Your center hours, how long a session runs, how many students a teacher takes at once, and how you currently record who showed up.

Bring your student list in whatever shape it's in — spreadsheet, printout, or a binder

Tell us your teachers and their hourly rates if you want payroll from day one

    Within a few days

  3. 3

We build your center for you2–3 days, us

This is the part that would otherwise take you a weekend. You don't do it — we do, and we send you a link when it's ready to look at.

Your student roster imported and checked, with math and reading levels

Your weekly schedule built out, with per-teacher capacity caps set

Teacher logins created and welcome emails sent

Printable QR check-in cards generated for every student

    2–3 days

  4. 4

A walkthrough with you and your teachers45 minutes, your team

We run through the floor view and the check-in tablet with whoever will actually use them, on your screens, with your students in the system. Questions get answered while everyone's in the room.

    Before you go live

  5. You go live — and the free months startDay one

Students start scanning themselves in. We stay reachable while you settle in, and we'll check in after the first week to fix anything that's rubbing.

All we need from you

Your student list in any format, your teachers and what they're paid, and your center hours. That's the whole ask. If your list only exists on paper, send us a photo — we've typed up worse.

Four details. We'll reply within one business day.

Any format is fine. If you type a country code — +44, 0044 or 011 44 — we'll use that instead of the dropdown.

Helps us prepare your roster import before the call.

Questions

The things owners ask first.

Is this only for Kumon centers?

No. It was built in a Kumon center, so the vocabulary fits — worksheets, levels, daily sessions — but nothing in it is Kumon-specific. Mathnasium, Sylvan, and independent tutoring centers run the same way: scheduled slots, students arriving after school, attendance that matters, and parents who want to know how it's going.

Do students need their own logins?

No, and that's deliberate. Students are records, not accounts — there is no password for a seven-year-old to forget and no child login to secure. They check themselves in by scanning the QR code on their worksheet card. Only you, your teachers, your parents, and the check-in tablet have accounts.

What do I need for the check-in kiosk?

Any tablet with a browser and a camera, stood up by the door. An older iPad is fine. There is no app to install and no hardware to buy — you sign the tablet in once with a kiosk account and leave it on that screen.

Can I bring my existing student list?

Yes. Import your roster from a spreadsheet on day one rather than typing names in one at a time. If your list is messy, send it over during your free months and we'll help you get it in.

What happens after the free month?

You pick a plan and billing starts — Core at $49 a month runs your floor; Complete at $99 adds tuition autopay, payroll and reports. Pay annually and you get 12 months for the price of 11. Your free month begins when your center actually goes live, not the day you sign up, so getting set up doesn't burn through it.

What if I want to leave?

On the monthly plan you cancel whenever you like. Either way, your center's data is yours: ask and you get an export of your students, attendance and time-clock history in a spreadsheet format you can keep.

Who can see my families' information?

Each role has its own sign-in and only reaches its own part of the system. Teachers see the floor and their own hours, not your rosters or payroll. Parents see only their own children. The check-in tablet can do exactly one thing — scan — which matters because it sits unattended by the door.

Do parents have to download anything?

No. It's a website that works on a phone. Parents get an email invitation, set a password, and that's it — no app store, no install, nothing to update.
